A warming, small-batch seasonal syrup crafted with fresh elderberries, raw honey and a blend of traditional immune & respiratory supportive herbs and aromatic spices.
Our Elderberry Syrup combines elderberry with ginger, cinnamon, goldenrod, American ginseng, star anise, schisandra, clove and lemon, creating a rich, warming preparation made for cold and flu season.
Elderberries are naturally rich in anthocyanins and other polyphenol antioxidants. Elderberry preparations have been studied for their role in supporting the body during upper respiratory infections, including colds and influenza. Studies have shown that elderberries have anti-viral and anti microbial actions, helping to shorten and alleviate symptoms of the common cold.
